Hi friends, today I will share about top 10 interview questions & answers. Part  1

The 1^st question is   : TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF?

·         Start with your name.

·         Give your place information

·         Education in short.

·         Job experience if any.

·         Family details in short.

      This is the top most interview question. Interviewer wants to know that how you can describe yourself. First point should be you have to start with your name. Second give your place information. That where are you live or where are you from. Next is education in short, than if you have job experience you can explain it. Finally you can share family details. But every answer give in short .it should not be lengthy. Ok   so let us see the example that how I can answer to such kind of question. 

For example: 01: For fresher: - My name is Jim. I live in Dhaka. I have just graduation from university. My father is a businessman. I am elder son of my family.

01: For experience: - My name is Dela. I live in Dhaka. I have done bsc in computer science. I have two years experience. I have husband in my family in Dhaka.

The 2^nd question is   : WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK AT OUR COMPANY?

·         Tell them what you like about company.

·         Relate it to your long term career goals.

Obviously 1st point is very important. You have to share that you like about the company .Next everyone is working to achieve their career goals. So this point should be include..

For example: - Sir, it is a great privilege for anyone to work in a reputed company, like yours .when I read about your company I found that my skills are matching your requirements. Where I can show case my technical skill to contribute to the company growth.

The 3^rd question is   : WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?

·         ADAPTIBILITY 

·         HARD WORKING

·         HONEST

·         FLEXIBILITY

·         OPTIMISTIC

·         FAST  DECISION MAKING

·         PERSISTENCE

·         SELF MOTIVATED

Adaptability that you are adjustable to any kind of environment situation. Flexibility, that your are flexible in work anywhere, any location, any environment. Next optimistic means positive attitude .you can also include this point while given such kind of answers. Persistence means you are regular in work .so you can also this point .last point is self motivated .you can tell them that you are motivated yourself only. So in this way there are many points which I have told you. You can include any of the point which are matching with your skills, ok

For example: - I am a honest, self motivated and hardworking boy/girl with positive attitude towards my career and my life.

This is also important question which interviewer wants to know .you can include positive points even it there weakness but they should be positive to describe your skills.

For example: -  I can’t say no when someone ask for help and I am a bit lazy about which I am not interested.

The 5^th question is   : WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU?

·         SHARE YOUR KNOWLEDGE

·         WORK EXPERIENCE

·         SKILLS RELATED TO JOB

·         CAREER GOAL

This is very common question which almost I every interview. First point is share your knowledge ,it is very important point ,because you selling yourself .you are doing marketing yourself. you have  to share whatever knowledge, whatever talent with you. Next point is work experience this is very important point because , it increase the chance of selection but this point is only for experience person  because whatever experience the get from the past company it helpful in the future job .so this is very important point so you have to explain this point very nicely . Third point is skills related to job . It is helpful to job . last point is career goal .this is important point because everyone works for career goal. You can share it. and related to their job. So let us see some examples. Example in this question for I will give you two person. One person with fresher ,and another for experience person.         

For example: - 01: for fresher:  Sir, as I am a fresher, I have theoretical knowledge but I can do hardworking for my organization. Being punctual and sincere, I can finish the work given to me on time and try my best to fulfill all the needs of company for me.

02:- for experience: with reference to my work experience, I satisfy all the requirement for this job. I am sincere with my work and would never let you down in anyway. Promise you will never regret for the decision to appoint me in your organization.

·         DO THE BACKGROUND WORK ABOUT NEW PROJECT

·         KNOW THE NAMES OF THEIR OWNERS AND PARTNERS

·         RESEARCH ABOUT THE COMPANY CURRENT ISSUES

·         UPDATE YOUR KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEIR COMPETITORS

For example: - It is one of the fastest growing up company in Bangladesh. The work environment of the company is very good. People feel proud to be part of the company provides full support to their employees in professional front I has many brunches across the world so I have good opportunity to show my talent.

·         NEVER SHARE YOUR SALARY REQUIREMENT AS THE FRESHER

·         ALWAYS SAY AS PER THE COMPANY NORMS FOR THE JOB

So let us see some examples. Example in this question for I will give you two person. One person with fresher ,and another for experience person. 

       For example: -01: for fresher:   I am a fresher. Salary is not first priority for me. This is a big platform to start my career and I also want to improve my knowledge and skill and gain experience. So I expect a considerable of salary according to my ability and your company’s norms which will fulfill my economical needs.

 02:for experience: I have two years experience. I am expecting salary as company’s norm as per my designation and my qualification and experience which can help me to maintain the standard of level of my personal and economical needs.
